We made our policies easy to understand (at least, we hope so) but if there is something you do not understand or it is not stated or you have questions about the policies or any item, please convo us, and ask we will be happy to answer you.
Any change on these policies will be announced in our main page and changes will be aplicable to any order received after that anouncement.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped certified (similar to priority mail) through "Correos", the Spanish Post Office. If you would prefer another method of shipment, just let us know when you place the order, and we will upgrade the shipping option and price for you.
Deadlines
-Items will be mailed within 2 days from the purchase. If you should need your order sooner please let us know. If there is a delay for some unforeseen reason, We will email you immediately.
International Customs
-We ship our items from Spain.
Please keep in mind that most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages.There is no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and We are not responsible for those charges.
For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed.

PLEASE NOTE: We try to keep our photos accurate, so please, allow for slight variances from what you receive. Remember that we create and paint our pieces one by one, by hand, and no two items are identical.
